Refund policy

Please note: All of our products are created using print-on-demand technology, meaning they are produced only when ordered, and cannot be returned for restocking. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are unfortunately not supported for products ordered in the wrong size, color, or if you just don’t like it. However, in the case of a damaged product or printing/manufacturing error, we can offer a free replacement if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the item and email it with your replacement request and original order # to contact@sarahknight.com. 

If you do not want a free replacement, we are happy to offer store credit in the amount of your original purchase, inclusive of shipping. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
